OVERVIEW:Rebrand + visual update of Shopify website and social channels

SUMMARY:Nash Dog Co are expert UK makers of luxurious, dependable product’s designed to enhance dog comfort and wellbeing. Not only did they feel they had outgrown their original brand and wanted something that better communicated the quality of the products they make, but they also needed something that wasn’t specifically tied to a particular USP of one product collection, as the original brand was, to allow the business and product range to grow.

THE CHALLENGE: To create a brand that would still resonate with Nash’s existing audience, whilst widening their appeal and giving their product range room to grow.

With any rebrand careful consideration needs to be given to how far you evolve beyond the existing brand, and as Nash was a relatively new business with small market share, they we’re eager to do a significant update now to lay solid brand foundations for future growth.

PROJECT DELIVERABLES:

  • Detailed Market & Audience Research

  • Ideal Customer Profile creation based on the above research and existing audience understanding.

  • Development of ID, including brand core, positioning, offer, personality, voice, story + messaging.

  • Creation of Visuals, including a new logo in 4 formats, a new colour palette, and an updated font suite.

  • Implementation of the brand on social media

  • Design updates to their Shopify eCommerce store.
